The hyperbaric oxygen chamber developed by macy-pan will help athletes recover from fatigue during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. China's State Sports General Administration has purchased six of them.

The oxygen chamber is shaped like a giant capsule, about the height of an average adult. Their diameters vary from 0.7 meters to 1 meter to accommodate athletes of different sizes.

About a minute after the oxygen chamber begins to pressurize, the occupants will experience a rise in pressure and an increase in oxygen density. During this process, he or she may experience pain in the eardrum, similar to what you feel when an airplane takes off or lands. Afterwards, however, they feel completely relaxed.

Because oxygen plays a vital role in the body's metabolism, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber immerses a person in an environment above standard atmospheric pressure. As the level of atmospheric pressure inside the machine increases, large amounts of oxygen enter the blood to aid metabolism.

MACY-PAN started to develop and produce hyperbaric oxygen chamber in 2008. Its products now include hard chambers and portable soft chambers. Soft chamber can be further divided into lying, sitting and wheelchair styles. Its domestic users include the Chinese Olympic delegation, national basketball team, Chongming Swimming Base and Shanghai Shenhua Football Club. The company won the "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Award" in 2021, and since 2010, the chambers have been sold to more than 120 countries and regions.
